We are a unique company that works with our clients to assist them in buying extraordinary wine. Our team enjoys talking with customers to understand their palate and provide an exceptional experience. Think of us as your wine consultant, ready to answer your questions and make the purchase of wine an enjoyable occasion. Unlike wine clubs, we do not automatically ship to clients, try to sell any particular brand or varietal, nor do we just sell wine in stock. Yes, we do have our favorites which we will gladly share, but our taste and yours may not be the same. We listen to you, matching your palate and budget to the best possible wine for you. This may require us to search for a specific wine that is difficult to locate, is no longer available on the open market, or that fits a particular event you have planned. We are located in the heart of the California wine region on Mayacamas Mountain overlooking the Valley of the Moon (yes, we have a Valley View) in the middle of the Sonoma Valley just 15 minutes from Napa Valley, with most of California’s best wineries within an hour’s drive. Each of us has been involved in the wine industry for over 15 years and we have both business and personal relationships with vintners around the world. Most are small boutique wineries that do not have distribution in most of the country. We can, therefore, offer unique wines that are not typically available. We are constantly adding new wineries that we discover or that are suggested by our friends and clients. A new feature that we have added is direct importation of wines from producers in France, Italy, Germany and Austria. This will add a new dimension to your wine experience. The French, Italian and Austrian wines are here, with the German to follow soon. Valley View Wine Sales can provide you with excellent value, selection and service. If you are now buying directly from wineries, you already know that they charge full retail prices. This is due to agreements with large distributors. Through our unique relationships as broker/distributor/importer we are able to pass savings directly to you. Ask about our other services such as helping you establish a new wine cellar; finding vintage, esoteric and exotic wines; as well as purchasing existing cellars; and establishing wholesale accounts.
