The Brut Rosé is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. It’s a wonderful bright pink, no salmon at all, and is among the fruitiest Rosés I’ve tried. I find it distressingly drinkable, can’t stop myself from taking large sips, no, gulps, you just can’t help yourself. It reminds me of the Vilmart, but without the oak. An utterly delicious Champagne.

The Blanc de Noir is, as you might guess, 100% Pinot Noir, and aged in old oak barrels. There was a faint oakiness when I tried the wine there, but I’d expect that to be gone by now. Lovely, long flavors, and a very stylish wine.
A mature color (reflecting 6 years spent aging in the cellar) and a rich bouquet - powerful, complex, vivid with delicate aromas of honey, way, crystallized fruits, dried fruits. In the mouth, the richness of exceptional Champagne is confirmed by a wide variety of flavors in which the perfect blend of power (Pinot Noir) and finesse (Chardonnay) bestows a full flavor.
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.
The Brut is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay; 30-50% is reserve wine. The wine is classic and not at all heavy. It’s a perfect aperitif wine or great with light foods.
